Follow-Up Appointment

Book a Follow-Up Appointment after your Initial Assessment. These sessions can be used to continue treatment or to carry out further testing

Book a massage for targetted, hands-on treatment that reduces muscle and/or tendon pain. Ideal for releasing tension, managing injury recovery or for athletes who need focussed sports massage

Specialised Treatments (Chiropractic)

Fabian works with clients across a wide range of disciplines, including CrossFit, yoga and professional Rugby League. Jonathan Cairns MSc Sports Medicine, BSc Hon Chiro

Jon graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree and a Diploma in Chiropractic from the McTimoney Chiropractic College. He also has a Master of Science degree in Sports Medicine from University College London as well as a Sports therapy and massage Diploma.

Jon treats a variety of conditions but has a specialist interest in shoulder and spinal pain.
